Homeowners' Association Dues
The annual assessment is used to finance the maintenance costs of the common drainage and retention areas throughout the subdivision, as well as the administrative costs of the Association. According to the Declaration of Building Restrictions and Restrictive Covenants of the Happy Landing Farm Subdivision, all property owners are required to pay this assessment. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated.
You will receive a notice in the mail, and the assessment of $60 per property (as of April 2012), is due on June 1st. Please make checks payable to Happy Landing Farm Homeowners' Association and mail to:

There has been more than enough support from residents of the subdivision to establish a neighborhood watch. The forms have been submitted to the Springfield Police Department, and arrangements are being made for a meeting with our neighborhood officer.
Attendees at the annual homeowners' association meeting provided some great feedback on the options for signs to be posted at the boundaries of the subdivision. The Board is gathering final prices from vendors and expects to make a selection very soon.
Assistance is needed for various committees within the subdivision. We're looking for volunteers to help organize social events, coordinate a neighborhood garage sale, and even to landscape around the new subdivision signs. If you'd like to get involved, contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
